Coaching

In coaching, we work with different tools, models, and images, and can use transactional analysis tools, NLP (neuro-linguistic programming) or constellation methods. The process is future-oriented because it focuses on a person’s present life situation and solutions for their future, and deals only tangentially with the past. It can help in developing new behaviours or habits, and changing perspectives. Cooperation can be short, medium or long-term. 

Coaching supervision

If the specialist , wants to prevent burnout, balance his/her professional and personal life, develop his/her competences, or has reached a stalemate working with a client, then supervision can provide a reflective space to do so. The supervisor is not a supervisor, but a skilled and trained professional in the supervisee's field of work, who can help to confront, to release, and to broaden perspectives.

Mentor coaching

A mentor is a person in a coaching session who uses their experience to help an individual achieve their goals. He or she helps to define the goal and to accompany the client along the way, which therefore implies a longer-term partnership. It may involve helping to start the process or to change direction, or to take control. In mentor coaching, the client is a coach and the mentor coach is a senior, professional, or master coach who is more experienced on the professional path.

wingwave® coaching

wingwave® coaching is a special coaching tool that combines NLP, Omura muscle testing or finger ring testing and EMDR, or bilateral stimulation. We work directly with the emotional brain, or limbic system, in the waking state. It is a very pleasant process for both client and coach because it involves very little talking, but it is very effective. I use it constantly in my work, incorporating it into my processes.
